INDIAN GOOSEBERRY or AMLA:

- Gooseberry powder
- Warm water
- Make a smooth paste of 2 teaspoons amla or gooseberry powder with warm water.
- Add one teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of yogurt to it and mix them well. Apply for hair.
- After half an hour wash it off with lukewarm water.
