 What makes the human race so interesting is the vastly differentiating individualism. What is a sin to you might be virtue to someone else. So, when the beliefs are diverse, the habits too are diverse.

 

 Morning people are successful people. Create a routine and stick with it. Studies prove that willpower is the strongest in the morning before exhaustion and other priorities get in your way.
